School for Justice: Mallika Sherawat speaks out and helps girls go from Prostitution to Prosecution

 

India has the most underage sex workers in the world. 1.2 million children work in brothels against their will. But the people responsible for these crimes are hardly punished. In 2015 there were only 55 cases that led to convictions in the whole of India.

 

This is what’s allowing and will keep allowing underage prostitution to happen, unless we do something about it. Mallika Sherawat announces her support for the School for Justice - educating girls to fight back. Watch here:
