She is called the trendsetter of Bollywood, she is called the diva, she is called Bebo, and yes she is none other than Kareena Kapoor. Many say the actress is all into herself, does what she likes and is always on her own terms. But, that doesn’t means she is arrogant, instead that possibly means that Kareena is a trendsetter.
From the beginning of her career, be it Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gum , Chameli or Jab We Met, Bebo has always done something, which has made her fans drool. Yes, Kareena has a charm and the attitude is something that comes along with confidence.
By walking the ramp for Sabhyasachi Mukherjee recently in the Lakme fashion Week, the stunning diva enthralled everyone by flaunting her baby bump. Yes, it’s not usual to see actresses work, sign up movies and walk the ramp like a boss when they are pregnant, but our Bebo does what she wants. And indeed it has left all of us impressed.
Apparently this is just the beginning, there is a lot more to watch. In an industry where actresses face a downfall in their career after motherhood, it seems that Kareena will break even this stereotype and the age old tradition of the industry, and will go ahead with what she aspires to do in her life and with her career.
The 35-year-old actress loves the camera and is definitely in no mood to hide her baby bump from the paparazzis or fans and instead chooses to blow a flying kiss to the camera. Though Kareena’s baby is due in December, it will be in October that she will start shooting for Rhea Kapoor’s Veere Di Wedding. Well, no actress has flaunted her baby bump in real so far, but bebo is all set to go for it.
The actress is so determined and ambitious to what she does because she is not even opting for maternity leaves but will be seen in few magazine covers too. In a media interaction with India today, this is what bebo had to say, “I'm pregnant, not a corpse. And what maternity break? It's the most normal thing on earth to produce a child. Stop making it a national casualty. We are in 2016, not in the 1800s. I'm just fed-up of people making it (her pregnancy) a death of some sort. In fact, it should be a message to a lot of people that marriage or having a family has absolutely nothing to do with my career.” Kudos to the mommy to be!
