We live in the day and age, where humans have landed on the Moon and want to explore what's on the various planets. But let's look at the places on our own Earth that are yet to be explored.
If you want to pack your bags for travelling, we would suggest that you go to one of the following places:
Tunnel of Love, Ukraine
Ever been in Love? Mostly yes. Right? But have you ever been to the tunnel of love? Very unlikely! Pack your bags, go to Ukraine and find the tunnel that will make you fall in love with itself. Surrounded by green arches, the tunnel is a favourite amongst couples, especially those deeply in love. The tunnel also forms a section of a railway line. This 6 kilometer tunnel is something you should surely see.
Chand Baori, India
Chand Baori, in Rajasthan, is one of the deepest stepped well in the world. Built between AD 800 and AD 900, it was designed to cater to the water needs of the arid area of Rajasthan. It is built in a way that the air remains 5-6 degrees cooler than the ground surface. Apart from holding water, it was also used as a community gathering place during the soaring temperatures of the summer season. Serving multiple purposes, this Baori is built with steps consisting of 13 stories. One architecture miracle, ain't it?
Sea of Stars, Maldives
Vaadho Island in Maldives is blessed with a special gift. The water has particles that shine like stars in the sky. This is caused by marine bioluminescence. So, it is not just another beach. At night, it seems like the stars have changed their position and have entered the ocean. The island has a total population of around 500. Certainly, you need to see to believe what beauty this place beholds.
Underwater waterfall at Mauritius Island
It's a place near an island in the southeast coast of Africa. What seems like a waterfall is actually an illusion made by sand plunging off the coastal shelf into the ocean. While logic dictates that it is just another natural phenomenon, the eyes want to believe that it is actually an underwater waterfall. Whatever it is, we would certainly not recommend you to swim there.
Hidden Beach at Marieta Islands
Marieta Island is known for its beaches. And there is a gorgeous reason behind it - its hidden beauty. The hidden beach at Marieta islands is a result of an age old volcanic eruption. Due to the eruption, the beach is sheltered by walls of a mountain that breaks it from the rest of the beach.
